Homemade Banana Jam

Banana jam only taking approximately 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
• Brown Sugar: 3 cups
• Ripe banana: 3
• Lemon juice: 3 tablespoons
• Cinnamon: 2 teaspoons
• Water:2 cups
• Extracted vanilla: 3 tablespoons


Method:

1. Peel off the banana skin and cut the flesh to small slices. Use fork to mash it.


2. Placed the banana mash in saucepan and add in lemon juice, vanilla, brown sugar and cinnamon and mixer it till evenly.


3. Then, boiled it for around 25 minutes and stirring frequently until banana mash going to sticking.


4.Remove the pan from heat.


5.Immediately place jam in glass or container with sealed and keep in room temperature or refrigerator after open seal.
