Deep Fried Chempedak

Rice Flour:500g
Water:2 cups
Salt:2 teaspoons


1. Pour flour to bowl and add some water, mix until flour dissolve.

2. Chempedak dice into the mixture.

3. Heat the oil in fry pan until hot enough, deep chempedak fruit in pan until turn to brownish in color.
