Coconut Biscuit

Delicious, crisp, an testy coconut biscuit is easier to made.

Plain flour:3 cups
Caster sugar:4 tablespoons
Baking Powder: 1 teaspoon
Salt:1/4 teaspoon
Egg york:1
Desiccated coconut:50g


1. Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius.

2. Fluor and salt is mix in bowl. Add in sugar, desiccated coconut and baking powder.

3. Egg yolk is added and bind to a stiff paste.

4. Roll out 1cmthick of flour surface.

5. Cut into round shape.

6. Place on grease for baking.

7. Bake for around 20 minutes until firm and both side is golden brown color.

8. The biscuit is ready.
