Homemade Coconut Cream

Ingredients:


• Coconut:1 (flesh and water is reserved)


• Cream


Method:


1. Boil coconut flesh, cream and water and stir frequently.


2. Let it cool.


3. Place a sieve on top of bowl and pour the cool coconut liquid into sieve to filtration purpose.


4. Use the cheesecloth and squeeze out the coconut cream.


5. Coconut cream is refrigerator.


6. The coconut cream is ready to serve.
