Guava Ice Cream



  • Ripe guava:12

  • Evaporated milk: 28 Oz.

  • Water:3 cups

  • Sugar:3 tablespoon

  • Condensed milk:18Oz.

  • Corn Starch: 3 tablespoons

  •  Lemon juice: 2 teaspoons

1.Clean and cut guava to small pieces.
2.Boil guava pieces with 3 cups of water with low heat for 45 minutes.
3. Let it cool and strain out the guava juice and thicken by corn starch.
4.Both milk is added to guava juice.
5.Mix and stir until evenly.
6.Pour the mixture to ice cream maker.
7.Freezer until firm.
8. Guava ice cream is ready to serve.
