Longan pulp with Soft Jelly

This sweet and tasty longan pulp is attracting most of the children.

Water:4 liter
Evaporated milk:400g
Canned longan:2 can
Jelly powder:25g

1. Powder jelly is cook in water until dissolve.
2. Add in sugar and stir until dissolve.
3. Evaporated milk is added and stir evenly.
4. Let it cool aside.
5. Jelly mixture is fill in cup until 80% full and wait till firm.
6. Add in 2 or 3 longan and syrup on top of it and syrup.
7. Fridge it.
8. The longan pulp is ready to serve.
