Longan and Lotus Seed Soup


Dried Longan:2 Oz.
White fungus:2 Oz.
Lotus seeds:4 Oz.
Gingko nut:4 Oz.
Dried lily bud:2 Oz.
Quail Egg:12
Pandan leave:3 pcs
Rock sugar:10 Oz.
Water:10 cups

1. Boil pandan leave with water.
2. Add in lotus seeds and gingko nuts for 20 minutes until soft.
3. Pour all ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
4. The soup is ready to serve.
