Longan Tong Sui

Ingredients:
Dried red date:8
Dried longan:3Oz.
Ginkgo nuts:13
Water:6 cups
Fungus:5
Rock sugar:2 tablespoons


Method:
1. Boiled the water in the pot.
2. Pour all ingredients to pot and simmer for 60 minutes with low heat until water change to brown in color.
3. Add in rock sugar to taste.
4. The tong sui is ready to serve.
