Mango Cream

Ingredients:
Mango Puree: 2 cups
Gelatin:1 tablespoon
Sugar: 3 tablespoons
Lime juice:2 tablespoons
Cream:1 cup

Method:
1. Gelatin is sprinkle dissolve in water with low heat.
2. Let it cool aside.
3. Add in mango puree, lime juice, sugar. Stir well.
4. Whip the cream until stiff and pout to the mixture.
5. Freeze until firm.
6. The mango cream is ready to serve.
