Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients:
Full cream milk:500ml
Cream:500ml
Castor sugar:150g
Mango flesh: 6 fruits
Mango essence:1/2 teaspoon


Method:
1. Milk is boiled with low heat.
2. Let it cool.
3. Add in mango pulp and essence and mix well.
4. In another bowl, mix well cream and castor sugar.
5. Mixture cream is pour to mixture milk.
6. Pour to ice cream tray and freeze it until firm.
7. The mango ice cream is ready.
