Mango Salad

Ingredients:
Coconut Shredded
Mango: 2 fruits
Bean sprout:2 cups
Chopped coriander:1/2 cup
Onion:4 spring
Peanut
Fish sauce:3 tablespoons
Lime juice:3 tablespoons
Brown sugar to taste
Chili


Method:
1. Dry fry coconut until it turn to golden brown.
2. Mix fish sauce, lime juice and sugar in bowl. Ensure sweet more then sour flavor.
3. Peeled off the mango skin and grate the mango flesh into a mixture.
4. Add in bean, onion, chili, toasted coconut and coriander to mixture.
5. Toss a mixture well.
6. Taste and test (sweet, sour or spicy) the flavor until desired level.
7. The mango salad is ready to serve.
