Thai Beef and Mangosteen Soup

Beef sirloin:3 oz.
Oil:1 tablespoon
Fish sauce:2 tablespoons
Chicken stock:4 cups
Light soy sauce:2 tablespoons
Pepper to taste
Coriander leave:1 tablespoon

Ingredients B:
Coriander stem:2 teaspoons
Salt to taste
Garlic:1 tablespoon

1. Slice the beef.
2. Pound the ingredients B until smooth.
3. Apply the paste to beef.
4. Fry the beef until lightly brown with low heat.
5. Add in fish sauce and take off beef paste from heat.
6. Boil the chicken stock.
7. Add soy sauce and sugar.
8. Let it cool.
9. Pour to beef paste and add in mangosteen segments.
10. Sprinkle pepper ready to serve.
