Nutmeg Jam

Nutmeg:1 kg
Nutmeg powder:1/4 teaspoon

1. Nutmeg outer is cut to small pieces.
2. Cook in pan with some water for about 20 minutes.
3. Let it cool.
4. Add in nutmeg powder.
5. Strain out through woven cloth.
6. Add in sugar and stir until dissolve in low heat.
7. Cook until the liquid is thicker.
8. When cool, keep it in refrigerator.
9. The nutmeg jam is ready.
