Papaya Pickle

Ingredients:
Unripe papaya:2
Salt taste
Eye chilli:5 bird
Vinegar:300ml
Water:300ml
Sugar to taste


Method:
1. Peel off the papaya skin and remove seeds.
2. Cut each slices to 1 inch thick.
3. Put in bowl and add in salt.
4. Marinate for an one and half hours until papaya soft. Remove liquid.
5. Simmer vinegar,water and sugar for half an hour.
6. Let it cool.
7. Mix papaya slice and chilli.
8. Pour to cool vinegar syrup and marinate for 5 hours and can store in refrigerator.
9. The papaya pickles is ready to serve .
