Homemade Papaya Soup

Ingredients:
Ripe papaya:3
Carrot:3
Chopped spring onion
Tofu:2 block
Red date:8 pieces
Salt to taste
Water:5 cups


Method:
1. Papaya skin is peeled and seeds remove.
2. Carrot is cut to small pieces.
3. Water is added to pot and boiled.
4. Add in chopped onion, papaya slices, carrot and celery.
5. Simmer for half any hour until carrot is soft.
6. Add in tofu and salt.
7. Cook for 20 minute.
8. The papaya soup is ready to serve.
