Pineapple Ice cream

Ingredients:
Cream:100g
Pineapple slices:500g
Milk :10cups
Custard powder:5 teaspoons
Sugar :30teaspoons
Pineapple Essence:1 teaspoon

Method:
1.Was, cut and slices the pineapple.
2.Pour custard powder in 1/2 teacup milk.
3.Remaining milk is boil with sugar with low heat till sugar dissolve.
4.Custard powder is added and stir the mixture.
5.The mixture is cook for 5 minutes.
6.Let it cool aside.
6.Pineapple slices, pineapple essence and fresh cream is added to cool mixture.Stir to mix properly.
7.Use churner to make ice cream.
8.The pineapple ice cream is ready to serve.
