Pineapple Jam

Ingredients:
Crushed pineapple:1 kg
Sugar:750g
2 cups water
Cinnamon
Nutmeg

Method:
1. Wash,cut and wedge pineapple.

2. Pineapple and sugar is mixed.

3. Spices is added into the mixture.

4. The mixture is boil with slow heat until all of the liquid is absorbed, only a syrup left with the jam to keep it moist.

5. Ladle into hot, sterilized jars.

6.The pineapple jam is ready to serve.
