Pineapple Tart

Ingredients for pasty:

Flour:2 cups
Butter:230g
Salt to taste
Egg yolk:3
Sugar;4 tablespoons
Cornstarch:2 tablespoons

Ingredients for pineapple:
Sliced pineapples:1 can
Sugar to taste
Cornstarch:1 teaspoon

Method:
1.Cook the slices/crushed pineapple with sugar until filling turned golden. Add sugar if desired sweet is not enough.
2.Constantly stirring to avoid burning.
3.Cornstarch is added and stir till evenly.
4.Let it cool in the fridge.
5.Mix flour, salt and sugar in a bowl.
6.Beat butter in a mixerand add in egg york and beat till well combined.
7.Pastry dough and pineapple filling into 24 qual rounds.
8.Pastry dough is flatten and pineapple filling is put in the middle and use dough to cover the filling.
9.Bake in oven for 25 minutes with temperature 350F until it turn to light brown.
