Honey Plum Jam

Pitted and coarsely chopped purple plums-3 cups
Sugar -1/3 c ups
Water-1/3 cups
Lemon juice -2 tablespoons
Honey-2 tablespoons

1. Sugar, plums and lemon juice is combined in a saucepan.
2. Boiled the mixture and stir for 20 minutes until it is thick enough.
3. Remove from heat and honey in adding in.
4. The mash is kept in refrigerator for 2 weeks before serve.
