Pomelo Jam Recipes

Ingredients:
Pomelo: 500g
Orange juice:1 cup
Lemon juice:1 cup
Sugar:1/2 cup

Method:
1.Pomelo skin is peeled off and removed the seeds. As the skin and seeds is bitter.


2.Chop orange to small piece.


3.Mix all ingredients and stir sugar to dissolve in pot with low heat.Boil for 50 minutes until jam start to thicken.


4. Storage in glass container.


5. the pomelo jam is ready to serve.
