Pomelo Sorbet Recipes


Water:1/2 cup
Mint leaves:1/2 cup


1.Boil the mixture for sugar and water in a small saucepan with low heat. stir the sugar till dissolve and syrup is clear.


2.then remove from heat and mint leaves is added and steep 20 minutes.

3.Strain syrup, let cool and refrigerate until chilled.

4.Pour into an ice cream machine according to the manufacturer's directions.

5.The mixture is transfer to a container and freeze.

6.Peel off the pomelo to small pieces segment.

7.Place the sorbet in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.

8.it is ready to serve.
