	Wax apples in honey and orange blossom water

	Ingredients: Orange juice:3 tablespoons Caster sugar:2 tablespoons Honey: 2 tablespoons Water:1 cup Wax apple:3 Orange zest:1 strip Few drop of orange blossom water Method: 1. Add in sugar and honey in boil water and stir until sugar dissolve. 2. Add in the zest. 3. Simmer with low heat. 4. Add in orange juice and wax apple until wax apple tender enough. 5. Let it cool. 6. Lemon is garnish. 7. The wax apple dessert is ready to serve.
