Ingredients:
Oyster sauce:2 tablespoons
Water:5 tablespoons
Sugar:2 teaspoons
Chili paste to taste
Shrimp paste
Tamarind paste:2 tablespoons
Belacan:1 small cube
Cucumber:1 ,cut to small pieces
Green apple:2, cut to small pieces
Guava:2, cut to small pieces
Wax apple:3, cut to small pieces
Pineapple:1,cut to small pieces
Unripe mango:1,cut to small pieces
Crushed roasted peanut
Method:
1. Soak 2 tablespoon tamarind with 3 tablespoon water and mix
thoroughly. Ensure tamarind paste thick enough.
2. Toast shrimp for 3 minutes.
3. Add chili paste, tamarind paste, belacan, sugar, oyster sauce, water
in saucepan.
4. Cook for low heat till sugar dissolves.
5. Let it cool.
6. Place all fruits in a bowl.
7. Pour in the mixed paste to it and stir evenly.
8. Add in peanut.
9. The wax apple mixed fruits rojak is ready to serve.
